10. What Your Doctor Doesn't Tell You About Why You're Not Conceiving

I get this question A LOT - “Stesha, I’ve had all these tests done - they couldn’t find anything wrong, I eat healthy, I track my ovulation, why can’t I get pregnant? I put in a lot of time and effort into my fertility, but I’m starting to think my body is actually broken”

You probably feel like you’re failing, BUT I promise that even the ‘healthiest’, ‘cleanest’ most ‘normal’ looking lab tests can be deceiving to what your body is ACTUALLY going through.

This is why I rarely use lab tests inside of Holistic Fertility Method.

Why? Simple - we don’t need to. Your body can tell us nearly everything we need to know about your health, hormones and fertility - ESPECAILLY when you cleared all your blood tests and everything checked out normal at your doctor’s visit.

How can you do this?

We first listen to the signs and symptom of your body to lead us directly to the root cause keeping you from conceiving. Think of it as a map to your fertility.

In this episode, we are going to talk about the purpose of the signs and symptoms you’re experiencing, why none of us seem to know how to listen to our bodies, and what these symptoms are actually telling us about our fertility and what needs to be done to remove the block to our baby.
