Hello love, my name is Stesha & I started my fertility journey in November of 2018, getting pregnant on our first try, but shortly after miscarrying on our honeymoon.

I was devastated & heart-broken for months, struggling to get pregnant again. I desperately tried every diet, supplement, and threw thousands of dollars at expensive testing and generic fertility courses, but no matter how hard I tried, or how perfect I was, it wasn't enough.... I wasn't enough.

Until a moment came where I was so tired of the limiting stories I was telling myself, tired of the mind drama, and tired of nothing ever working for me to get pregnant.

So I took my journey into my own hands. I healed my body physically with food as my medicine. I healed my mind with subconscious reprogramming techniques. I healed my heart with potent emotional healing tools.

"Truth was I was in my late 30s & had allowed society to tell me I was too old to naturally conceive

Sure I would dream of motherhood occasionally & think maybe this month it will happen

Then I’d get my period, cry, re-shelve my dream & put a bandaid on my grief

My relationship would spiral & the cycle continued which only affirmed what I “knew to be true”: I’ll never conceive naturally, I’m too old, I’m not enough

What I didn’t realize was how much trauma I had been carrying around for decades & it was seeping into every area

Childhood trauma had spiraled into poor relational choices, amidst sexual assault & self-medicating through much of my 20s

Sure I would do intense therapy for a bit, but it was always when I was in crisis & always only until things were “better”

The problem was I never did the work. The work that gets to the root of why I was making certain choices or why I carried things the way I did

The result was a broken, tired, endlessly stressed out woman who still longed to be a mother

I had become REALLY good at self-awareness, but I was TERRIBLE at making any true, lasting changes

I will never forget the absolute release & lightness I felt after just one session with Stesha. I could feel the years of carrying this burden melt off of me, I honestly could feel an immediate shift. She taught me how to process with her & on my own

After 10 years of devastating symptoms of Endometriosis, this beautiful soul only knew one way to approach her body & fertility: to FIGHT

But when she got to the point of debilitating fear & anxiety bc she was told IVF was the only answer, she was torn about what to do.

Wanting to take time to heal her body & process her emotions, but also just wanting all of this to be over with so she could get back to her life.

After her egg retrieval appt was delayed during the pandemic (a blessing in disguise), she needed something she could do to prepare & take her mind off the looming date.

When we started together, we unraveled the root causes to her Endometriosis, this being the most obvious starting place.

But here’s the not-so-obvious thing, we can’t just treat the surface-level symptoms of Endo WITHOUT doing the inner emotional work.

Yes, we cleared out the hidden foods causing perpetual inflammation in her body.

Yes, we leveraged her body’s innate ability to detox estrogen & balance progesterone.

But we also knew there was a chronic war going on inside her body. This is the emotional signature of Endo.

In fact, when looking at the endometrial cells under a microscope, there is an aggressive, angry fight at play.

Which makes sense bc I noticed a common theme of women in my practice who have Endo...

there is a core story - a story of harsh criticism, of ‘not-enough-ness’, of self-betrayal.

Simply put, most women with Endometriosis are extremely critical of themselves, appearing perfect on the outside, but never feeling good enough or ‘there yet’ on the inside.

Ultimately leading to self-criticism, anger, shame & blame.

THIS is the energy frequency being held within the uterus.

THIS is the block keeping most women with Endo from conceiving their baby.

& THIS is the opportunity to learn how to let go, accept, & embody self love & compassion.

It’s an opportunity to learn how to mother OURSELVES, so we can then mother our baby with unconditional love.

So what did our holistic approach entail?

A brand new way of approaching nutrition (free of deprivation & punishment), reversing Endo symptoms (without medications, procedures or surgeries) & a deep dive into releasing that stored rage, guilt & shame, ultimately releasing generations worth of trauma held in her physical body.

She was able to let go, accept herself & release the fear of pregnancy & motherhood. She could finally stop FIGHTING.

Our newest mama-to-be had been ttc for 4 months with no success despite doing EVERYTHING right

We’re talking fertility-specific nutrition plan, elimination diet, gut healing protocols, well-researched supplements, acupuncture and daily practices of yoga, & tai chi

On paper, she had checked ALL the fertility boxes, which is why she was so frustrated she wasn’t seeing the changes in her cycle nor was she getting pregnant…Despite all the time & effort she was putting into it.

After our initial root cause analysis, we pinpointed low progesterone (brown spotting, PMS, headache, cramps before her period along with a shortened luteal phase) and dysregulated nervous system.

This was confirmed with her acupuncturist who noted a spleen deficiency as well.

Trust that the Universe loves her and that there was nothing she needed to do to prove her worth.

As soon as this shift of unwavering belief in herself took root and was integrated into her daily life, a new curiosity and calm was noticed as she cleared her energy field of the old, limiting beliefs that no longer served her.

This story brings me to my knees as I recount the previous 8 months of our work together.

With no period after coming off birth control a year ago, she was fearful that it would never come, that her body was broken, that fertility treatments were the only option.

Ans yes, all of her fears were confirmed with her OB & fertility specialist - suggesting rounds of Clomid to start.

But after one conversation, I knew she wasn’t infertile. There were simply obstructions to her reproductive system functioning properly.

She wasn’t broken. Her environment was broken. Her thoughts were broken. What she believed was possible for herself was broken.

Years of struggling with chronic illness as a child & missing out on the fun of childhood, she had a lot of proof of why her body couldn’t be healthy, let alone conceive & carry to full term.

After years of conditioning from western medicine that her body was weak, insufficient & broken, we took steps everyday to reconnect with & BELIEVE in her body again.

Already eating a strict autoimmune diet, she took courageous steps to make changes to her environment which was exposing her to triggering toxins.
